Job Title: Management Trainee Officer (MTO)
Job Type: Full-time
Workplace: Anywhere in Bangladesh

🎓 Academic Qualifications
Minimum 4-year Graduation with a CGPA of at least 3.00 out of 4.00 (or equivalent) in any discipline from a well-reputed university.
Post-graduation will be considered an added advantage.
Minimum GPA 4.50 out of 5.00 in both SSC and HSC or equivalent.
Minimum average grade “B” in O-Level and “A” in A-Level.
🛠️ General Requirements
Age should not exceed 32 years as of July 10, 2025.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Strong command in MS Office applications.
Must be willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh where the bank has branches or sub-branches.
Applicants who are appearing or currently pursuing internships are not eligible.

Career Progression: Upon successful completion of the probation period, MTOs will be promoted to Senior Officer under the regular pay scale
